Depending on the type of shipping option that was available/selected at checkout, the tracking status may or may not update right away.

Priority Mail – These shipments update within 24 hours of you receiving the tracking number via email.

Free Shipping – These shipments DO NOT provide a daily tracking update.  Often times, it will show that there is no status or movement either.  Please do not worry, the tracking information may take days to update or may only show an end final date of delivery.  Also, the free shipping option could take up to 10 days to arrive since the shipment is delivered by UPS and USPS.  If more than 10 days has gone by after your order was shipped, you may contact us for a status update.

Yes, all packages are sent in plain boxes with no writing on the box that describes the contents inside.

Orders are very difficult to cancel once they are placed.  This is because our shipping/fulfillment team works around the clock (24/7) to ensure your order arrives to you as quickly as possible.  All orders are dispatched to our shipping team instantly from the time they are placed.  This makes it very difficult to stop/cancel an order once it has been placed.  Please note that our customer service team operates from 9am to 5pm PST Monday through Friday while our shipping team works around the clock (24/7).  You can request a cancellation and we will ONLY HONOR it if the package is still in our possession at the time the service associate reviews the request.  Once orders are shipped out, we cannot stop your package.  Please read more about out shipping & returns policy here.  Thank you for your understanding.

All Magic Wand Massagers come with a 1-year manufacturers warranty.   If you would like to submit a warranty claim for your massager that is not working properly and have owned it less than 1 year, please follow these directions to file your warranty claim.  Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
