Where is the Hitachi Magic Wand made?
Great question, the Hitachi Magic Wand is designed in Japan and assembled in China. There are many companies who have reproduced or tried to copy the original Hitachi Magic Wand but none of them have come close. When you receive the Hitachi Magic Wand, you will see that the box states “Made in China.” When you view your owners manual, you will notice that the Hitachi Magic Wand is produced by Hitachi Living Systems LTD and states that it is made/assembled in Tokyo Japan. How long will it take to receive my products?
Hitachimagic.com ships all Hitachi Magic Wand’s USPS Priority Mail. We know what it’s like to wait long for an item and we hate it too. All Hitachi Magic Wands are shipped Priority Mail for an already discounted price.
What kind of warranty or return policy do you offer?
All Magic Wand Massagers come with a 1-year manufacturers warranty. Keep in mind that returns are only for massager malfunctions and will be facilitated by a different third party. All products are non-refundable simply because you did not want it anymore. Due to the nature of the items being sold, we cannot accept these products back. Your satisfaction, in more than one way, is what we strive for so please contact us with any questions or read our shipping & returns policy. If you would like to submit a warranty claim for your massager that is not working properly and have owned it less than 1 year, please follow these directions to file your warranty claim.
How will the package I purchased look when it arrives?
Your privacy is important to us and we realize the need for discreet shipping. All items purchased from Hitachimagic.com is sent in a plain box without a mention of what is inside. The package WILL NOT state “Your new Vibrator from Hitachimagic.com.” Your husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend, friend, neighbor and postman won’t know anything about what you just purchased, we promise!
Will Hitachimagic.com show up on my credit card statement after my purchase?
Hitachimagic.com will not be mentioned ANYWHERE on your credit card statement. No one except you will know about your purchase. The company name showing on your credit card statement should read “OMNIS” which is done so to protect your privacy.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes! Currently, we ship products to Canada, Mexico and of course the United States! We ship our products with USPS Priority Mail which provides the best and quickest service. Our products are not sold outside of North America.
Does the Hitachi Magic Wand come in 220v or is it only 110v?
The Original Hitachi Magic Wand is made to work with 110 – 120-volt electrical plugs. The Magic Wand Plus & Magic Wand Rechargeable use a power source of 100 – 240-volt.
How old do I have to be to view and order from HitachiMagic.com?
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your state/country to view or purchase products from HitachiMagic.com. If you are not of legal age, you must leave HitachiMagic.com immediately.
I was charged a VAT/DUTY when I received my order. Why is that?
Any order that is shipped outside of the United States (Canada & Mexico) may incur additional import VAT/DUTY that is not controllable by us. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees and is not included in your shipping amount.
Will the Hitachi Magic Wand live up to everything I have heard it to be?
Yes, it will be MORE than what you have ever expected out of a massager or vibrator. You will be beyond satisfied with your purchase and downright shocked at how this massager performs. Will your wand attachments fit both corded and cordless models?
Yes, all attachments we have on our website fit both the Magic Wand Original (Corded) and Magic Wand Rechargeable (Cordless) models. They are both made for a 2.5 inch diameter head size. Please keep in mind that certain attachments fit more snug than others which do require a little more effort to get on. Please contact us if you have any questions about this.
Why are your prices different than other stores?
We only sell 100% authentic Magic Wand’s and have done so from day one. The products you purchase from us are high-quality and are not to be compared with other lower priced Magic Wand’s available on other websites, marketplace sites or in-store locations. There are lower quality, replica devices that claim to be the “real” magic wand you could save money on if you are interested. We, however, will not sell those to you.
Is the Cordless Magic Wand Rechargeable as powerful as the corded plug-in Magic Wand Original model?
The Magic Wand Rechargeable, model HV270, which is the cordless model is actually slightly stronger than the plug-in version. You can see what the differences are for each of these models here.
I don’t know if the Magic Wand Original, Plus or Rechargeable is right for me. How do I know the difference?

How Mini is the Magic Wand Mini? Also, is it powerful like the original Hitachi Magic Wand’s?
The Magic Wand Mini is a fantastic massager that measures just under 10 inches long. This is approximately 2 inches shorter than the Magic Wand Original. So technically, it is a “mini” version. However, the Hitachi Magic Wand Mini operates with 3 speeds which peak at 6,000 RPM. This happens to be the same RPM level as the corded Magic Wand Original.
