Orders & Shipping
Where is my order?
Track it anytime at our Order Tracking page. Enter your order ID (on your receipt and confirmation email) and the billing email you used. Once your order ships, you’ll also get an email with your tracking number.
How fast do you ship?
Orders go to our shipping team as soon as they’re placed. Most orders are shipped within a few hours of being received.
How long will delivery take?

For Canada and Mexico, depending on the shipping option you choose, orders can take 10-14 business days to arrive due to transit time and any possible customs delays. This timeframe is out of our control once it’s shipped so if it takes longer, please be patient.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. US orders of $100 or more have the option to ship free with Ground Advantage.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship to the US, Canada, and Mexico only. We don’t ship outside North America.
I was charged VAT or duty on delivery. Why?
Orders to Canada and Mexico may be charged import VAT, duties, or customs fees by your country. These aren’t included in your shipping cost, we don’t control them, and they’re the customer’s responsibility.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed right away, so changes are very difficult once an order is placed. If you need a change, contact us immediately with your order number. We can’t guarantee it, but we’ll try.
I entered the wrong address. What happens?
Please contact us right away. If a package is returned to us because of a wrong address or refusal, a 25% restocking fee applies. Contact us to discuss reshipment as an alternative.
My tracking says delivered, but I don’t have my package.
Check with neighbors and your mail carrier and wait 48 hours, since packages are sometimes marked delivered early. Still missing? Contact us with your order number and we’ll open a claim with the carrier.

What will my package look like?
Every order ships in a plain box with nothing on the outside about what’s inside. No one handling your package will know what you bought.
What shows on my credit card statement?
HitachiMagic.com doesn’t appear anywhere on your statement. The charge shows as OMNIS.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because of the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We can’t accept returns or exchanges, including if you changed your mind, found it too powerful, or it wasn’t what you expected. Opened or non-opened items sent back aren’t eligible for a refund. Full details are on our Shipping & Return Policy page.
What is the Hitachi Magic Wand warranty?
Every Magic Wand model includes a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. To file a claim, visit this link which is the manufacturer’s warranty form.

Which Hitachi Magic Wand is the most powerful?
The Magic Wand Waterproof has the highest top speed at 7,000 RPM. The Rechargeable and Plus reach 6,300 RPM, slightly stronger than the corded Original at 6,000.
Should I get a corded or cordless Hitachi Magic Wand?
The Magic Wand Original and Plus plug into the wall: no battery to charge, and they run as long as you need. The Waterproof, Rechargeable, Mini, and Micro are cordless, with about 2.5 to 3 hours per charge.
Is the Hitachi Magic Wand waterproof?
Only the Magic Wand Waterproof. It’s IPX7 rated for the shower or bath. All other models must be kept away from water.
Which model is best for travel?
The Magic Wand Micro (4.5 in, 3 oz, USB-C charging) is the most compact. The Mini is a good middle ground at just under 10 inches.
Does the Hitachi Magic Wand work on 220-240V outside the US?
The Magic Wand Original is 110-120V only, for US, Canada, and Mexico outlets. The Plus, Rechargeable, Waterproof, Mini, and Micro work on 100-240V; outside North America you only need a plug adapter.
Will your attachments fit my Hitachi Magic Wand?
All attachments we sell fit the full-size models: Original, Plus, Rechargeable, and Waterproof. Some fit snugly and take a little effort to put on. They do not fit the Mini or Micro.
Do you sell replacement head covers?
No. We don’t sell or replace head covers for any Magic Wand model.
Using & Caring for Your Hitachi Magic Wand
How do I clean my Hitachi Magic Wand?
Unplug or turn off the wand. Wipe the head with a damp cloth and mild soap or an anti-bacterial toy cleaner, then dry. Never submerge any model except the Waterproof. The Micro’s silicone head is removable for easier cleaning.
How long does the battery last, and how long does it take to charge?

The Rechargeable can also be used while it charges.
Why did my wand turn off by itself?
The Magic Wand Rechargeable and Waterproof shut off automatically after 20 minutes of continuous use, and the Plus after 25 minutes. This is a built-in safety feature, not a defect. Turn it back on to keep going.
Authenticity
Are your Hitachi Magic Wands authentic?
Yes. We’ve sold only 100% authentic Magic Wands since day one, and every model carries the full 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Is it made by Hitachi or Vibratex?
Both play a role. Authentic Magic Wands are still manufactured by Hitachi or its subsidiaries, even though the Hitachi name no longer appears on the product. Vibratex is the brand’s sole importer and supplies authorized retailers.
Where is the Hitachi Magic Wand made?
Most Magic Wands are designed in Japan and assembled in China. The Magic Wand Waterproof is designed and made in Japan.
Why are your Hitachi Magic Wand prices higher than some other sites?
Lower-priced “Magic Wands” on marketplace and discount sites are often replicas with weaker motors and no warranty. We sell only genuine units.
