Please note that our shipping/fulfillment team works around the clock (24/7) to ensure your order arrives to you as quickly as possible.  Unless there is an issue with your address such as missing unit number or incorrect address, all orders are dispatched to our shipping team instantly from the time they are placed.  This makes it very difficult to stop/cancel an order once it has been placed.  Please note that our customer service team operates from 9am to 5pm PST Monday through Friday while our shipping team works continually.  All orders are shipped with USPS Standard Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground Saver or UPS Ground.  Tracking information will always be provided.   Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products due to the nature of the products we sell.  Due to health safety purposes, we would never resell an item that was shipped to a previous customer which is why we do not accept any returns.

Please ensure that you are purchasing the correct item you want before you complete your transaction.  Making alterations which include but are not limited to cancellations, address changes, product changes, time delayed shipments are very difficult as mentioned above.

If a package is refused at delivery or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we will restock the returned item for a 25% restocking fee which is calculated from the original price of the item/package not including any promotions or coupons used.  Shipping fees paid by the buyer originally will not be refunded at all since these are paid to the shipping carrier.  If an item is sent back opened, we cannot offer a refund at all.

We take pride in satisfying our customers and would not be able to restock, resell, or accept a used product in our facilities to ensure that all the products we sell are sanitary and brand new. Once a product leaves our facility, we would not have control of the condition, which makes this true for any unopened products or products claimed to be unused. Due to health concerns, we would not sell a potentially used product to any new or returning customers and therefore cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
